Indeed Ranks Advance Financial Eighth in Top Workplaces

Indeed recently ranked Advance Financial eighth on its list of Top Workplaces for its compensation and benefits ahead of companies such as Apple, Starbucks and Boeing.

The list was compiled by analysing more than 100 million employer reviews and the companies were ranked based on the number of reviews they have received in the past two years and their average.

“It is an honor to be ranked among such big names for our benefits and compensation package,” said Tina Hodges, CEO of Advance Financial. “Though it sounds cliché, we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for our employees.”

Advance Financial’s benefits include up to 40 hours of paid time off to volunteer in the community, an onsite nurse practitioner, weekly yoga classes, company-paid health insurance, 401k plan match, student loan repayment program and paid parental leave.

These benefits helped Advance Financial receive an Indeed rating of 4.3 out of 5. Many reviews stated that the company had unmatched benefits, a competitive pay and an exceptional company culture.
