Advance Financial Foundation Supports Local Back-to-School Efforts

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Aug 14, 2018 – Having a mission to contribute to Tennessee communities, Advance Financial through its charitable arm, the Advance Financial Foundation has provided volunteers and donated school supplies to four Tennessee back-to-school events.

  • The Sixth Annual Love’s Healthy Start Festival
  • The Third Annual Shoes for School presented by Urban League of Greater Chattanooga and Enterprise Rental
  • Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) Southeast and Dee Davis Foundation’s Fourth Annual Back to School Community Day, and
  • 880 La Ranchera 1300 and 1240 Activa 105.1 FM radio stations’ back to school event

The Love’s Healthy Start Festival was organized at Hadley Park in the North Nashville community on Saturday, 28th of July 2018 and is funded by the Tennessee State Representative Harold Love Jr. Advance Financial Foundation has provided 11 volunteers, 600 backpacks and many other school supplies as well.

At the Third Annual Shoes for School event, the Advance Financial Foundation participated as a booth sponsor. This event is conferred by Urban League of Greater Chattanooga and Enterprise Rental on Saturday, the 28th of July 2018. It was absolute fun for volunteers to play so many entertaining games like cornhole with the children and provided 400 children with adequate school supplies.

Besides, Advance Financial Foundation has sent 8 volunteers for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) Southeast and Dee Davis Foundation’s Fourth Annual Back to School Community Day at the Southeast Community Center in Antioch on Sunday, the 29th of July 2018. As many as 1500 backpacks stocked with school supplies have been given by the volunteers and 500 of them were donated by the Advance Financial Foundation.

In the end, Advance Financial Foundation was the Title Sponsor for La Ranchera 880 and Activa 105.1 FM radio stations’ back to school event on Sunday, the 29th of July 2018 at Plaza Mariachi on Nolensville Pike. All the attendees were handed out school supplies for the forthcoming school year.
