Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the human resource activities of the Company.  The Coordinator will need to be flexible to work some evenings and weekends in order to accommodate a 24/7 business environment. This position is responsible for maintaining personnel files and answering questions regarding benefits and policies for employees. The HR Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.

As with all positions at Advance Financial, the Human Resources Coordinator adheres to company guidelines and strictly follows all company procedures. They continually work to gain a high level of product expertise and comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry.
