What do I need to bring with me in order to use Western Union?

You will need to bring a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, military ID, or passport).

How much will it cost me to use Western Union?

Fees are determined at the terminal by Western Union at the time of the transaction. Your Advance Financial representative has all the details.

Can I send or receive a fax from an Advance Financial location?

Yes, you can send and receive faxes at any Advance Financial location. The fee is $1 per page for in-town phone numbers, $2 per page for out-of-town numbers and $10 per page for international numbers.

Can I make copies?

Yes, you can make photocopies at any of our locations for 25 cents per copy.

Can I pay my bills at an Advance Financial location?

Yes, you can pay bills to more than 100 utilities and vendors. Fees range from $1.50 to $2.50 for regular or expedited payment posting times, but we cover that charge for you.

Can I pay my cell phone bill at an Advance Financial location?

You can make cellular payments for a variety of vendors — including AT&T, Cricket, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon — at any of our locations. Advance Financial is an authorized payment agent for AT&T, which means your AT&T payment posts within seconds of transmission.

How long does it take to get a FLEX Loan?

How often may I request a cash advance pursuant to my FLEX Loan?

As long as your balance has not exceeded your principal balance, you can make as many cash advance requests as you want, whenever you want. Please see your FLEX Loan agreement for details on minimum amount required to process a cash advance.`

How long is my billing cycle?

If you are paid weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly, your billing cycle will be 28 days and your billing cycle will be 28, 30 or 31 days if you are paid monthly. Your due dates will always be your pay dates that you have provided as per your application and your first statement period may be longer than the above said rules.

How long do I have before I am required to pay back my loan?

You can pay off your loan completely at anytime before your next statement date by just paying the money you borrowed. However, you can also choose to just pay your minimum payment due as notified in your statement. By doing so, your loan will be subject to interest for the average daily balance during your billing cycle in which you choose to only pay the minimum balance.
