At Advance Financial we have many roles within our organization that offer various levels of responsibility. Each role is important to help us provide world class customer service to our customers, and each provides the opportunity for growth.
Some of our main roles include:
- Customer Service Retail Specialist: Responsibilities of the Customer Service Retail Specialist include providing world class customer service, accurately performing transactions, and complies with all state and federal laws. In short, the Customer Service Retail Specialist at Advance Financial is responsible for delivering a wide range of cash services.
- Vault Supervisor: The Vault Supervisor is responsible for assisting the manager in supervising day-to-day operations of the store, monitors customers transactions, ensures adequate staffing levels, complies with and enforces state and federal regulations, and other assigned duties.
- Retail Store Manager: Responsibilities of the Retail Store Manager include overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, managing the sales process and productivity of your stores, ensuring state and federal compliance, as well as developing staff members.
- Operations Manager: The Operations Manager is a leader. Exemplifying the company’s service vision and never compromising on operational and experiential standards. Some duties include overseeing assigned locations, compliance with state and federal laws, managing productivity of stores, and assisting Retail Store Manager with development of staff members.
