Advance Financial provides important information via email, push notifications, SMS text messaging, telephone calls, and automated voice messages.

User Consent

By providing your contact information to us, including your telephone number(s) and email address, you agree and consent to be contacted by Advance Financial, our agents, employees, attorneys, affiliates, subsequent creditors, loan servicing companies, and Advance Financial employed loan collectors for application and loan servicing matters, to remind you of upcoming payments, for collections, or for other loan or account related issues. Advance Financial will not purchase consent, or sell, rent, or share consent to opt-in to the mobile SMS/texting program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Additionally, you authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Advance Financial Administration, LLC and/or any of its subsidies or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. SMS/Text Message Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Advance Financial to deliver transactional and/or marketing text messages to the mobile phone number you have provided. We may contact you for application and loan servicing matters, to remind you of upcoming payments, for collections, or for other loan or account-related issues. Your cellular provider’s Msg & Data Rates May Apply to our confirmation message and all subsequent messages and are your responsibility. Text OPTIN to 58357 to join receiving advanced financial promo Alerts and Customer Updates, Message frequency may vary, Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from SMS conversations, or “HELP” for assistance.

You understand the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private.

Please notify us immediately if you change mobile numbers or plan to provide your phone to another person.

Opt-out or STOP

This policy applies to the text messages sent by Advance Financial or our third-party service providers on our behalf. If you wish to stop receiving marketing text messages from Advance Financial, reply to any text message we have sent you, and in the reply text simply type STOP. Your stop request will become effective within 24 hours. You may also stop text messages by calling us at 615-341-5900. 

Help or Support

If at any time you need our contact information or information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message we have sent you, and in the reply text simply type HELP. Upon receiving your text message, we will send you a text message with this information. In general, the messages we send provide you with information about your account. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access.
