Customer Service Representative, Retail Store Locations
We are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations. This is the primary responsibility of the retail store Customer Service Representative. The CSR will serve our retail store customers with courtesy and integrity while performing a wide array of financial services with accuracy and efficiency.

OVERNIGHT Customer Service Representative
We are dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations. This is the primary responsibility of the retail store OVERNIGHT Customer Service Representative. The CSR will serve our retail store customers with courtesy and integrity while performing a wide array of financial services with accuracy and efficiency. OVERNIGHT hours are typically 9:30 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. and these hours are available 7 days a week.

Payment Agent (Collections), Customer Care Center
We believe Advance Financial customers deserve the same superior service whether in a retail store location or on the telephone. Our Payment Agents are responsible for serving our customers in a high volume inbound and outbound call center environment. Our Payment Agents serve our customers with courtesy, efficiency and integrity while negotiating payment arrangements that are acceptable to both the customer and to Advance Financial.

Verifications Agent
The Verification Agent is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional service to the retail store locations. The Verification Agents will serve as the support network for the store personnel through validating a wide array of information necessary for processing loans and providing check cashing services.
