Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the payroll activities of the Company.  The Coordinator will need to be flexible to work some evenings and weekends in order to accommodate a 24/7 business environment. This position is responsible for maintaining personnel files, processing payroll and answering questions regarding entitlements and policies for employees. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.

As with all positions at Advance Financial, the Payroll Coordinator adheres to company guidelines and strictly follows all company procedures. They continually work to gain a high level of product expertise and comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry.
