The Maintenance Tech helps with day-to-day operations of our fast-paced, 24/7 retail service organization, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. The Maintenance Tech creates and maintains trouble ticket system for facilities repair issues and helps with maintenance/preventative programs to ensure minimum disruption to core activities. The Tech also works to provide the majority of maintenance/preventive programs in-house, using outside vendors only when advanced skills are needed while maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance programs. Duties also include working with Facilities Manager to coordinate a variety of teams, including vendors for HVAC, plumbing and electrical, for advance repair or maintenance needs.
