The Customer Care Agent is responsible for delivering a wide array of financial services in a fast-paced, customer service centric, call center environment. The Customer Care Agent is primarily responsible for delivering above and beyond customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls. Whether it is assisting a customer with a payment, answering questions about their account or helping our customer find a delicious place to eat, we are here to assist our customers.
As with all positions at Advance Financial, the Customer Care Agent adheres to company guidelines and strictly follows all company procedures. They continually work to gain a high level of product expertise and comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry.
