Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned branches, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policies, managing the sales process and productivity of each branch, coaching and developing all staff members, and handling staff disciplinary actions, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises day-to-day operations of each assigned branch
  • Supervises personnel working at his or her assigned location
  • Meets or exceeds sales and revenue goals
  • Monitors all customer transactions, bank withdrawals and deposits daily
  • Continually trains and develops staff members
  • Ensures adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Routinely evaluates staff performance
  • Maintains a positive work environment
  • Communicates effectively with supervisor and supervised staff
  • Manages customer and employee concerns and complaints
  • Maintains a clean and safe lobby and workspace
  • Enforces the company’s policies and procedures
  • Complies with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
