Online Call Center Agent

The Online Lending Agent is responsible for assisting customers during the process of submitting an application through the online portal through inbound and outbound calls. This agent accurately performs financial transactions including but not limited to assisting customers while they are completing the online application, withdrawal and payment assistance and general inquiries concerning our online loan product. This way our customers can get the cash they need without leaving home.

As with all positions at Advance Financial, the Online Call Center Agent adheres to company guidelines and strictly follows all company procedures. They continually work to gain a high level of product expertise and comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry.
