Award-winning financial services company Advance Financial is hosting on-the-spot hiring events at its main office in Nashville every Saturday in January. As a result of the company’s significant, rapid growth they are working to hire 100 new employees in the coming months as one of their customer service units undergoes expansion. The hiring events are held at the company’s headquarters, which is located at 100 Oceanside Drive in Nashville in the Melrose area, just off Craighead Street, between Eighth Avenue South and the Fairgrounds. The events run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. each Saturday during the month.

The company is hiring for retail and call center customer service, supervisor and manager roles. Prospective new hires are asked to bring their resume and a recent pay stub. Additionally, Advance Financial is always interested in potential employees who could serve in other roles in the company. New hires would join the staff in the company’s beautiful facility, and have great training and mentoring while learning the ropes.

In terms of a schedule, here’s what you can expect at the event: Door greeters will direct you where to go when you arrive; Volunteers at the check-in table direct candidates to sign-in and tell them which area to go depending on whether or not they already applied online; Screeners will review resumes and online applications and screen the candidates using standard interview questions; and Hiring Managers will interview the candidates who pass the initial screening and will make hiring decisions, discuss expectations and deliver the offer packet.
